Install FoxLink on iPhone or iPad

iPhone and iPad install FoxLink through the route shown in the official download centre, which may be the App Store or TestFlight and can change between releases. Follow the method currently shown there; a testing invitation is not evidence of an App Store release.

Testing builds have validity and eligibility conditions that differ from store releases. Follow the information shown by TestFlight. If an invitation expires or cannot accept you, return to the official website for current options.

The website language selector does not change the languages available in your app. After installing, review your account, plan and feature instructions before buying.

Note the device model, iOS version, selected route and error message before contacting official support. Do not publish private invitations, order details or account credentials.

Account and purchase information

Check your account

Purchases belong to the FoxLink account confirmed before payment. Sign in to your existing account. Existing users without an email can scan with the App instead of creating another account.

Products and validity

Prices and currencies as well as traffic and device allowances come from the current catalog. Memberships and enterprise traffic are separate from dedicated IPs and traffic add-ons. Verify the selected product before paying. Add-ons do not extend membership validity. Personal and enterprise memberships cannot be active together.

Renewals and plan changes

Website purchases are one-off payments without automatic billing. Upgrades and renewals follow the account and plan rules on the server. Do not simply add the duration or traffic of historical orders together.

Payment and activation

Verify the final amount in the order and cashier. The countdown shows the payment deadline; reaching zero does not prove that no payment was collected. Refresh the status if you paid but activation is pending. Do not pay twice or cancel an already-paid order.

Payment issues and refunds

Keep your order number and payment receipt and contact official support about missing activation or duplicate charges or refunds. Eligibility and processing depend on the actual order and payment-channel rules. This page does not promise an automatic refund.
